01 — Introduction
Your dedicated creative partner
Dynamic Code will provide LMCT+ with ongoing access to our design, creative, strategic thinking and development capabilities through a dedicated monthly retainer arrangement.
This retainer has been designed to provide LMCT+ with a highly responsive creative partner capable of supporting the business across digital, physical and brand touchpoints without the need to quote individual projects.
The Objective
To provide LMCT+ with immediate access to senior strategic thinking, creative direction, design execution and development support whenever required.
Note
Any work completed by Dynamic Code prior to 1 July 2026 has been undertaken on a pro bono basis and will not be charged.
02 — Scope & Inclusions
What’s included
The retainer includes strategic input, creative thinking, design execution and development support across the LMCT+ ecosystem.
Flexible Scope
The examples listed above are intended to demonstrate the types of work covered under this arrangement. This retainer is designed as a flexible partnership and is not restricted to a predefined list of deliverables or a fixed allocation of hours.
03 — Investment & Terms
Simple, transparent pricing
Monthly Retainer
per month
Cancel anytime with 30 days notice
Commencement
1 July 2026
Effective start date for the retainer arrangement.
Invoicing
Monthly
Invoices issued at the commencement of each month with 14-day payment terms.
Review Period
6 Months
The arrangement will be reviewed after six months. The monthly fee may remain unchanged, increase, or decrease based on actual requirements.
Commitment
Month-to-Month
No lock-in contract. No fixed minimum commitment period. Either party may discontinue with 30 days written notice.
